Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate Architect.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project feasibility, planning architectural design and coordination.
∎ Must be adept at handling multiple projects and preparation of project brief.
∎ Site analysis, conceptual development; functional analysis and relationship, circulation/movement form & mass/formal expression
∎ Prepare and oversee the preparation of concept, schematic design, design development and construction documents.
∎ Extensive understanding of design, accurate dimensions, explicit specification and detailed information.
∎ Oversee preparation of specification, BOQ and cost estimation documents
∎ Review and understand applicable building codes and other standards.
∎ Site supervision to ensure construction as per design & drawings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 - 12 years of design and construction supervision.
∎ Experience in design and supervision of large / high rise building and other structures.
∎ Team player and creative problem solver.
∎ Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
∎ Good in Auto CAD 2D, 3D visualization & Revit Architecture.
∎ Special experience in 3Ds Max, Sketch up and Rendering by latest software like V-Ray, Lumion etc.
