∎ Bachelor Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Furniture, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Designing & Detailing of Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, AutoCAD presentation, 2D preparation, 3D visualization as per requirements of the Project.
∎ Keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Specification as per Design-Drawing.
∎ Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Client, Project Supervisor/ Engineer & concerned person.
∎ Maintain communication with Corporate Clients.
∎ Have a general understanding of Aesthetics, Design and work efficiently as team.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Interior Materials.
∎ Understanding the durability and strengths of Interior Materials
∎ Should be skilled in the use of light, color & textures in a space etc.
∎ Follow up the project execution.
∎ Visit regularly to the site for ensuring the quality and timely delivery.
∎ Prepare periodical reports on the progress and development of ongoing project.
∎ Managing multiple projects and dead line
∎ Monitor and controlling of materials quantities,quality etc.
∎ Deep understanding of design concept to interpret design brief given by another team.
∎ Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ S/he, who is working in interior Architectural Firm will get extra advantage in the process of recruitment.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
