Additional Requirements:
∎ Experts in other Architectural software.
∎ Top-notch knowledge about the BNBC code.
∎ Industrial steel structure design knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial steel structures.
∎ Ensuring compliance with BNBC codes.
∎ Good knowledge of AI.
∎ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural solutions within project parameters.
∎ Utilize BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software to produce detailed drawings and models.
∎ Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
∎ Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies to enhance design quality.
∎ Strong understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial steel structure design and construction.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
