∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To design architectural and interior drawings cost effectively
∎ To work closely with the architects, designers, 2D and 3D Visualizers or outsourced specialists, to ensure timely delivery of quality projects accurately with utmost Customer Satisfaction
∎ To assist HOD and Line Manager to prepare yearly departmental budget (manning-process-designing tools-machineries) aiming to profitability and financial stability
∎ To analyze personal performance like; design quality, making proposal-presentation, drafting agreements, work delays and errors. To work on performance improvement by setting personal/individual target, monitoring achievements and to report on accomplishment and challenges (if any)
∎ Reporting on departmental activities (work progress, budget matters, resources and clients) to the Senior Architect by fortnightly & monthly and to close any issues with attention
∎ Creating and continuing a sustainable professional relationship at different levels of existing and new suppliers, vendors and other developing agencies
∎ Design and concept formulation.
∎ Coordination with Design Team and seniors advisers.
∎ Client meeting and Presentation.
∎ Coordination with CRM about project related issues and requirements.
∎ Feasibility cross check of BOQ related to design.
∎ Cooperation with implementation team and Engineers.
∎ Project monitoring, site supervision, including necessary working drawing.
