Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from any reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural design of Industrial and office buildings.
∎ Ensure quality full Architectural design within a targeted time and budget.
∎ Coordinate preliminary Architectural studies for new structure and site development.
∎ Create and organize all relevant documents for Architectural work.
∎ Coordinate & liaison with other Government agencies for taking approval.
∎ Avoid complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
∎ Prepare budget and submit to take the approval of concern authority.
∎ Check and finalize actual expenditure after completion of project.
∎ Follow-up of implementation and take steps to minimize expenditures.
∎ Any other relevant tasks given by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have practical experience at least 3 years on related job.
∎ Age Maximum 35 Years.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have experience in REVIT, Auto Cad, 3D Max, and Sketch-up.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior & Exterior Design concept.
∎ Ability to work with Civil Engineer & others co-workers.
