Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Arch in Architectural from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team work and maintain co-relation with Architectural, Structural and Civil Engineering team.
∎ Capable to carry out own responsibility and ensure the timely completion of work.
∎ Sound knowledge in modern interior design, drawing and must have interior related materials idea.
∎ Should have experience in multi storied building (more than ten storied), factory building, housing project, commercial projects.
∎ Organizational, project management and planning skills.
∎ Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
∎ Should have sound knowledge to prepare detail drawings on the basis of RAJUK, Cantonment rules & must be RAJUK, Cantonment board enlisted.
∎ Prepare Architectural Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing, 3D Visualization, Photoshop-Illustrator software, Cost Estimation, Site Monitor & Supervise of architectural design.
∎ Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
∎ Computer proficiency in Auto Cad, Sketch up, V-ray, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Designing, Planning, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Real Estates sectors.
∎ Must have knowledge in exclusive Residential Building Design, Hotel Design, Hospitality, Commercial Multi-Purpose RAJUK Sheet preparation, Rules of RAJUK, Cantonment Board, BNBC & other Govt. organizations.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, target oriented.
∎ Should have the ability to handle pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English & Bengali.
Salary: Negotiable
