Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture from reputed University with 6-8 years experience in architectural works and activities.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, North South University and Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform all phases of Architectural work including planning and designing both exterior & interior.
∎ Supervision of fair face works of projects of full construction/maintenance.
∎ To put capability and understanding of architectural plan & structural design.
∎ Prepare Design Concept/3D Visualization and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using Auto CAD 2D/3D.
∎ Prepare Detailed & Working drawings and specifications of projects and make necessary corrections.
∎ Ensure that work of project site has been done as per design & drawing.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per target set by management.
∎ Estimation of work quantities from drawings and preparing material and cost estimation of projects at any level of work.
∎ Prepare work plan and monitoring works assignments of company personnel and contractors.
∎ Coordinate between Site & Project Manager for smooth execution of project works.
∎ Ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.
∎ Arranging all contractors' bills by actual measurement of project.
∎ Sourcing of modern and appropriate materials.
∎ Monitoring and controlling of material quantities, qualities, etc.
∎ Team work with Civil and assigned Co-worker, Maintain the Co-relation between Architectural and Engineering team.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in Planning, Drawing, 2D, 2D (Auto Cad), 3D CAD, 3D Max, 3D Media (3D Studio Max), 3D Visualization, Graphics Design.
Salary: Negotiable
