∎ Skills Required: 3D Animation, 3D Design, Landscape Design

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, 3D Design, Architecture, Auto CAD Designing, Landscape Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and functional architectural designs for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
∎ Develop landscape architectural plans that integrate seamlessly with the overall project design.
∎ Conduct site visits to assess project locations, gather data, and ensure proper implementation of architectural plans.
∎ Prepare and present architectural design proposals, including 3D graphics and animations, to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards during the design process.
∎ Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets.
∎ Conduct research to stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and landscaping design.
∎ Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Others benefits are standard packages as per company policy
