∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are looking some candidates for the position of Architect.

∎
∎ Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
∎ 2. ⁠Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
∎ 3. ⁠Taking into account constraints such as town planning legislation, environmental impacts and project budgets.
∎ 4. ⁠Working closely with a team of other professionals such as project managers, building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
∎ 5. ⁠Completing planning applications and taking advice from local authorities, legal professionals and governmental departments.
∎ 6. ⁠Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
∎ 7. ⁠Specifying the requirements for each project.
∎ 8. ⁠Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
∎ 9. ⁠Playing a role in project and team management.
∎ 10. ⁠Viewing building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.

∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ 1. Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.
∎ 2. The applicant should have sound knowledge and experience on Training and Development areas are given preference.
∎ 3. Excellent Computer skills, including ERP programs familiar at proficient level.
∎ 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) both in Bangle and English.
∎ 5. Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD). Creativity
∎ 6. Organizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
