∎ Must have conceptual approach to creative designs in Real Estate
∎ Must have capability to work on the design of multiple projects (8-12 projects at a time)
∎ Well experienced in Auto CAD, Photo shop, Corel draw and 2D,3D studio Max/Sketch up/Lumion
∎ Monitoring and communicating with the superiors for professional feedback
∎ Well experienced in site supervision & finishing work
