Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Architect Engineering from any reputed University and Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institute.
∎ Diploma in Architecture/Interior Architecture from a reputed Polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting the drawings as a requirement
∎ Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Sketch-Up, and Interior Design will be an additional advantage.
∎ Extensive knowledge of project detailing.
∎ Prepare design concept, plan, elevation, detailed & working drawing.
∎ 3D visualization and preparation material specifications as per design drawing.
∎ Knowledge of FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules.
∎ Sound knowledge of residential, and commercial buildings and keeping a record of projects properly.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing any layout design for proper estimation as well as execution.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing as per management demand.
∎ Organize working team a for the site survey and give them directions.
∎ Monitoring drawing proceeds is based on field measurement.
∎ Distributing work among architects and CAD operators.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 3D Animation, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Exterior Design, Landscape Design, LUMION, MS Office, Photoshop and Illustrator, PowerPoint, sketch up 3d, V Ray Render
∎ The applicants should have experience in Project planning and electrical work knowledge.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Interior Design, Restaurant work
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
