Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop architectural concepts with a focus on interiors and furniture integration.
∎ Produce detailed interior design plans, 3D renderings, and working drawings.
∎ Design custom furniture pieces that align with spatial concepts and client needs.
∎ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
∎ Manage design timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with local building codes.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity.
∎ Present design ideas and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Make Budget & costing for Project.
