Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial construction projects.
∎ Ready architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches.
∎ Photoshop rendering task
∎ Flash and Power point presentation
∎ Excellent graphics knowledge
∎ Experience to conduct all kind of Architectural tasks.
∎ Preparation and modification of RAJUK Plan
∎ Must have knowledge regarding FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules.
∎ Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D & 3D, Sketch up, Corel Draw.
∎ Must be creative and sound knowledge in modern architectural design.
∎ Experience on Brochure design ,Billboard, Fencing and others design
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be well disciplined, energetic and capable to work under pressure with positive approach
∎ Should have IAB membership
Salary: Negotiable
