∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
∎ Must have IAB Number otherwise need not to apply.
∎ Skills Required: 3d Visualization, Building Factory Design, Drafting, Project Management, Structural Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capability of following up new project from planning, drawing, material selection and working with engineers.
∎ Clearly understand engineering drawings, particularly architectural, structural drawings Interior and other associated drawings.
∎ Preparing the drawings for RAJUK and other Authorities Approval.
∎ Preparing Various Layouts, Drawing, Modification, Alteration Etc.
∎ Prepare Architectural plan, elevation, and detail drawings on the basis of present RAJUK rule.
∎ To make sure of details measurement as per the requirement of principal Architect.
∎ Sound knowledge in modern Architecture, Exterior Design, Interior Design, updated information about materials as well as estimation.
∎ Must be good knowledge about architecture & design software.
∎ Develop concepts and detailed design & drawings for both Interior and Exterior construction work.
∎ Supervise ongoing work periodically.
∎ Coordinate with other departments like Engineering & procurement as required to complete the work at the site as per schedule.
∎ Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as & when required.
∎ Coordinate with clients and Land Owner regarding design related issues.
∎ Assist Design & Development and other departments as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have capability for cost analysis.
∎ Must be creative and sound knowledge on modern architectural design.
∎ Should have good aesthetic sense in terms of color, lighting and placement, rendering
Salary: Negotiable
