Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in CSE/EEE/Telecom from a reputed university having good academic track records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide second level support and maintenance for voice, charging, messaging, mobile money and other value services according to agreed Work Level Agreements and Service Level Agreement.
∎ Perform troubleshooting and problem solving in order to restore the service and optimize the service operation.
∎ Makes sure that alarms exist for all significant malfunction events for the systems for which the engineer is responsible and develops scripts and procedures for preventive maintenance.
∎ 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities.
∎ 2nd Level Incident Management.
∎ Problem Management.
∎ Software Implementation Project delivery.
∎ Customer Support Service & SLA management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of Maintenance and Implementation Experiences on Telecom / IT / Software area.
∎ Experience in support for real time systems and large scale solutions.
∎ Knowledge about Maintenance Service of Telecom Operations.
∎ IT/Telecom service understanding and basic knowledge of telecom product.
∎ Problem Solving & strategic thinking.
∎ Customer Support and SLA management.
∎ Must have DBA (Oracle) working experience.
∎ Project delivery Skill.
∎ Knowledge on BSS Product's (CBS, Mobile Money, VAS, Cloud) will add more value.
∎ Unix/Linux administration skills, Shell scripting and DBA Expert level skill.
∎ Operations Processes & Interfaces (Fault Management, Change Management, Reporting).
∎ General knowledge of IP infrastructure.
∎ Capable to work at day or night at onsite.
∎ Should have good Network Equipment working experience, such as Switch, Router, and Firewall. CCNA CCNP preferred.
∎ Should have good knowledge about Telecom Technical Services, such as Call flow, SMS, recharge, Digital Money etc.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
∎ Ability to easily adapt to changes
∎ Good power point presentation skills
∎ Ideal candidate will demonstrate an energetic and "Can-Do" attitude
∎ Thrives in a competitive environment
∎ Strong drafting and negotiation skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
∎ Good team spirit, able to work independently and also able to deliver jobs within tight schedule
∎ Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc.
