Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in marketing, graphic design or related field, Fine Arts or any relevant degree on Media Production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attends creative input meetings (along with the rest of the team) to develop creative strategies that will set the clients apart.
∎ Collaborating with the client and relevant team members to understand needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit video and animations.
∎ Using software and other techniques to produce video and animations.
∎ Listening to feedback and altering video and animations to better suit client needs.
∎ Ensuring that the final product aligns with the needs of the client and is delivered on time without exceeding the budget.
∎ Presenting the final animated piece to clients for their approval.
∎ Using creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form.
∎ Researching industry trends and developments and learning new applications.
∎ Designing digital contents (social media posts, concepts, commercial contents, banners etc).
∎ Involve in concept designing & strategy development for the assigned campaigns as per team requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 37 years
∎ 2+ years of agency experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 3D Animation, Art & Sketch, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Special Effect (Computer Aided) Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Video and Animations, Game Asset Development
∎ The Animator will be someone with a strong design background and have a well-developed graphic sense.
∎ Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.
∎ Experience leading and managing creative teams.
∎ Strong concept and strategy development skills.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
∎ Strong creative mind.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
