Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a candidate who has practical experience about the 2D animation industry, how to create it from A to Z and the current market standard of 2D animation. Candidate must be able to take complete ownership of the 2D custom animation related activities. We are looking to hire candidates who have previously worked on creating high-quality animation content, have drawing skills, as creative and artistic as an animator should be, be patient and able to concentrate for long periods, be observant and understand how people move and express emotions, work well as part of a team and be able to take direction from senior animators and clients. Upon hiring, the candidate is expected to the self-motivated and creative enthusiast. The candidate must be punctual about arriving at the office on time and delivering his creative content on the due date. The candidate will oversee managing all external and internal events organized by 99explainers.

∎ We are particularly looking for someone with great After Effects & Animation skills + the editing experience to make quality and concise advertising/social videos. We`re not just looking for an "ideas" person, nor for someone who only has basic video editing skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud applications: After Effects, Adobe Premiere pro, Illustrator & Photoshop.
∎ Animate, edit videos mainly focused on 2D Animated Explainers Video
∎ Solid knowledge of graphic design, composite, camera setting, lighting, typography and 2D animation
∎ Be passionate, creative and motivated, sharing our love of the work
∎ Be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
∎ Be able to take feedback in stride
∎ Be deadline driven, capable of handling quick turnarounds
∎ Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly.
∎ Additional knowledge and ability to trouble shoot relevant technology and gear needed to stay competitive and perform to our standards is also a plus.

∎ Age 20 to 40 years
