∎ To succeed in this role you must be skilled at building and maintaining relationship with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to the clients , you will assure different roles at time as a project co-ordinator,critical /creative thinker story teller and communication expert.
∎ You will have a creative flair and will be able to effectively communicate with client to understand the delicate needs of our premium client segment and accordingly find best travel arrangements for clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have knowledge about GDS Amadeus & Galileo
∎ Must have highly interpersonal skill to turn the query into sale. English reading & writing quality must be fluent & pleasant.
∎ Following up every query attentively. Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Attend & meet customers travel requirements over the phones, emails & counter with maximum satisfaction.
∎ Mailing invoice and maintain ticketing and related accounts.
∎ Maintain and develop effective customer relationship.
∎ Should have honesty and dedication to the company.
∎ Must remain and updated on Airline & Travel notice ,circulars and update the reservation team , sales team with other accordingly.
∎ Must have knowledge of airlines terms & conditions & ADM/ACM Policies.
∎ Provide fare Quotations & pricing to the customers.
∎ Keeping every booking record, Removing HX segments, follow up calls to the client.
∎ Sorting out issued that may increase booking reservations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Should have minimum 2 years working experience in any Travel Agency/ Airline/ IATA Travel agency.
