Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Management as per SOP, lOP, QRG. Proper booking management, vendor management and shipment follow up.
∎ Ensure Customer Service operations 100% in compliance with SOP/ lOP.
∎ Timely manage booking, arrange approval where required.
∎ Arrange to send load plan to warehouse within agreed timeline and follow up with CFS & airport team for smooth cargo handover.
∎ Accurate and necessary communication need to be done on priority basis/ based on urgency.
∎ Follow up the complete shipment cycle and inform all related party if something goes wrong.
∎ Arrange credit approval prior departure & Issue Freight invoice to shipper.
∎ Booking submission to carrier/airlines.
∎ Send pre-alert and prepare Debit note/Credit note to Destination team for all air shipments.
∎ Attend document/pre-alert/ Debit note/Credit note/icon related mail query.
∎ Follow up with shipper for documentation/online HAWB in SOL.
∎ Print HAWB within timeline and follow up with shipper for timely HAWB release.
∎ Check shipment status through tracking and check any expectations of the shipment and report to manager for problem solving.
∎ Keep record of airline stock and arrange new stock when require within timely manner.
∎ Prepare sales report of airline fortnightly basis.
∎ Raise credit approval of all prepaid shipment in system.
∎ Help manager in different reporting.
∎ Shipment status report for various customers.
∎ Complete all shipments file.
∎ Communicate with SOL system team for any system enhancement issues.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
