∎ চেয়ারম্যান/কমিশনার সনদপত্রের কপি।

∎ জরুরী ভিত্তিতে কিছু সংখ্যাক সিকিউরিটি গার্ড আবশ্যক।
∎ বাংলাদেশের যে কোন জেলার প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
