∎ B.Sc in Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise all the mechanical activities relate to the plant maintenance & projects.
∎ Assist to develop & implement the preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
∎ Responsible for maximizing the plant reliability & reducing the downtime & mean time between break down (MTBB).
∎ Assist the management in developing long-term & short-term plans for the growth of the Paper business.
∎ Assist the management in Project Evaluation, Project Planning & Execution of Project(s), within agreed target time & budget.
∎ Maintain Liaison with various functional teams to achieve production targets.
∎ Assist to develop & implement SOP for the smooth operation of the factory. Coordinate with other departments for machine maintenance and job planning.
∎ Provide training to the subordinates to improve their skills, productivity & efficiency.
∎ Ensure the housekeeping & cleanliness of the plant/machinery are maintained.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years experience in renowned papers mills in relevant field as a departmental head.
