∎ Diploma or B.Sc in Mechanical or Textile Engineering from reputed Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain preventive / schedule maintenance program of all factory machinery.
∎ Co-ordinate & supervise the operation & maintenance of all machinery.
∎ Provide technical support for all machinery to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Supervision and diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery.
∎ Coordinate response to any breakdown maintenance at the earliest possible time.
∎ Supervise and monitor the engineering and technical staff.
∎ Coordinate maintaining all statistical and financial records relating to all machinery
∎ Supervise managing stocks of spare parts of all machinery.
∎ Interfacing with the different departments and sections from time to time for smooth and trouble-free operation.
∎ To ensure Zero breakdown of plant & machines.
∎ Lead and motivate team members for achieve the desired result.
∎ Supervision of erection and commissioning of machinery.
∎ To improve overall equipment performance/efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 year(s) floor level experience in Spinning Factory.
∎ Minimum 5 year's service experience as head of department (Mechanical) in reputed export oriented spinning factory
Salary: Negotiable
