∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, MICROSOFT OFFICE

∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with the inter department that is involved in the project.
∎ Plan, direct & coordinate activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame & funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
∎ Direct & coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule & within prescribed budget.
∎ Co-ordinate and manage construction activities of all projects.
∎ Review of project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements & allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
∎ Co-ordinate project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
∎ Identify problem area and provide appropriate solution for construction related issues.
∎ Coordinate and negotiate engineering issues with various departments/consultants / contractors.
∎ Prepare master work program, monthly work program, progress report, labor statement, work volume on the basis of work program, material delivery schedule etc.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Project management, Tender related works (Govt. & Non Govt.) and supervision skills.
∎ Should be able to manage highest quality residential/commercial building construction.
∎ Ability to lead team members.
∎ Ability to select appropriate team for construction.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Adaptable and able to work independently under pressure.
∎ Energetic, creative, sincere and honest.
