Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGDSCM or CSCM will be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategizing, designing, developing & executing the end-to-end SCM plans that are aligned to the company business goals.
∎ Ensure material planning for projects and supplies coordinating with Design and Execution Team ahead of actual demand.
∎ Understanding of LC and its terms and conditions.
∎ Develop vendors based on the offered compliance, credit period, price and Delivery schedule and negotiate further for warranty support, quality and other specifics.
∎ Coordinate with the Technical team in obtaining the approval & finalize with vendor and release of purchase order.
∎ Maintain proper correspondents with supplier, factory, buyer, C&F and other concerned offices.
∎ Develop an effective and cost-efficient logistics system.
∎ Initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives.
∎ Communicate with internal departments like Operation, Accounts and logistics to ensure proper coordination
∎ Build lasting relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
∎ Supplier wise File managing:
∎ L/C document import/Local file set-up
∎ Bill & Challan copy attach in file
∎ Product list & Price collect.
∎ New supplier Development project continue.
∎ Budget as per 3 month or 1 year.
∎ Re- order schedule make up.
∎ Present stock & last 3 month consumption report follow-up.
∎ Comparison sheet make.
∎ Cost reduction plan procedure
∎ Market analysis/Research.(Yarn,Chemical & other items)
∎ Update the market information.
∎ Collect the offer letter from supplier.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Area of Experience: Supply Chain
∎ Only males are encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent command over verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
∎ Physical Requirements:
∎ Honesty, sincerity, foresightedness and hardworking is must for the position
∎ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
