Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA from any public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the sectional goals & objectives.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of Import management responsibilities.
∎ Select supplier from approved supplier list on the basis of quotation based on lower price, better quality & delivery date.
∎ Collect quotation /rate of material from the different supplier and prepare a statement for best party selection.
∎ Negotiate best rate, mode of payment, timely & safe delivery of materials etc with the supplier as well as credit limit, identified as an established company what should be the maximum lower rate of material and what should be the credit limit considering the quality of material.
∎ Party Ledger checking of different supplier for balance confirmation.
∎ Ensure optimum stock of inventory at every project considering construction status.
∎ Check the requisition quantity with the estimated quantity of project & ensure the supplied quantity as per requirement.
∎ Keep close coordination and communication with supplier /vendors for getting better service.
∎ Prepare payment schedule considering the budget and follow up the credit limit & terms.
∎ Preparation of various monthly & yearly report of procurement department.
∎ Checking of supplier bill & software related data entry.
∎ Prepare material budget & arrange visit program at supplier premises for checking material quality, supplier capacity & ability of affording supply work.
∎ Market Monitoring & Rate survey follow up time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 14 years' experience in any reputed Real Estate Company.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness
