Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Hatchery, Manufacturing (FMCG), Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Material requirements planning for purchase within the minimum period of lead time;
∎ Can handle the purchase of all kinds of Raw materials for fish feed, poultry feed, & cattle feed;
∎ Ability to ensure the quality of all raw material i.e: Maize, Soyabean Meal, Rape Seed, DDGS, Soyabean Oil, Wheat Bran, Wheat Flour.
∎ Sourcing, supplier selection, rate finalization, negotiation through the company's procurement procedure;
∎ Correspondence with supplier, Collect Quotation, finalize the payment terms, delivery terms and delivery date independently;
∎ To get the purchase approval from the management by ensuring all requisite papers according to the company's purchase procedure and practice;
∎ Maintain Close relation with Factory Manager, General Store Manager & local purchase team;
∎ Ensure purchase order, & on time delivery up to the destination through constant monitoring;
∎ Collect MRR from user's end to process the supplier's bill along with other requisite documents;
∎ To fulfil the requirement of internal audit team for getting approval of the bill up to the company's accounts department.
∎ Ensure on-time payment as per the terms of purchase order with cooperation of accounts department;
∎ To ensure the preservation of all bills for future reference as well as audit purpose.
∎ Create and implement SOPs for comprehensive local purchase;
∎ Build and maintain close relationship with all the stakeholders;
∎ Assisting accounts department in preparation of cash flow;
∎ Planning the periodical procurement with expected time schedule;
∎ To assist store management to ensure optimum inventory level of all goods including raw materials;
∎ To ensure that suppliers have enough stock to meet demand;
∎ Supervise and monitor day-to-day work of the incumbents to ensure proper and smooth distribution of materials and other relevant goods;
∎ Ensure timely delivery of raw materials according to the factory's requirement;
∎ To build a good relationship with all suppliers as an integral part of the supply chain management;
∎ To ensure all sort of Internal and external collaboration to make the purchase successful; and
∎ Any other assignment is to be given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to ensure the quality of all raw material i.e: Maize, Soyabean Meal, Rape Seed, DDGS, Soyabean Oil, Wheat Bran, Wheat Flour,
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
