∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
∎ Supervise and monitor all the activities of the Electrical & Instrument Department along with the plant maintenance & projects.
∎ Maximize the Plant Reliability & Reducing the downtime & Mean Time Between Break down (MTBB).
∎ Maintain troubleshooting and calibration of Level, Pressure, Flow Transmitter & different types of Control Valves (Such as Level, Pressure, Flow and Temperature)
∎ Assist the management to develop long-term & short-term plans for the growth of the Paper business.
∎ Assist the management in project evaluation, project planning as well as project execution, within the agreed target time & budget.
∎ Liaise with various functional teams to achieve the overall management targets.
∎ Develop & Implement SOP in the functional areas.
∎ Supervise and ensure the housekeeping & cleanliness of the plant/machinery are maintained.
∎ Prepare and control budgetary provisions.
∎ Train and develop maintenance team to increase technical skills.
∎ Ensure that health & safety guidelines are followed both inside and outside of the plant.
∎ Perform periodic maintenance, corrective actions, and break down maintenance of the high-pressure Boiler and Turbine plant and machinery in a cost-effective manner.
