Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/IPE/EEE.
∎ Or MBA (Preferably major in SCM)
Experience Requirements:

Forecasting, Material Management, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage the work of the Supply Chain team, Order Management, and Product Delivery. Providing efficient supply chain solutions- Consensus Raw & Packaging Materials for supply & demand planning, forecasting, sourcing, production planning & control based on sales forecast and customer demand data for giving accurate production targets to factories.
∎ Proper monitor and control inventory of Raw & Packaging materials, and SKU-wise finished goods to optimize inventory level.
∎ Coordinate the overall Supply Chain process with respective stakeholders (Purchase & Procurement, Factories, Sales, Brand, Foreign Trade and Accounts, etc.).
∎ Take initiative & coordinate with Purchase & Procurement dept. for the development of alternative & new supply sources at a competitive lowest price. Maintain & facilitate effective & efficient procurement operations through outsourcing cost reduction.
∎ Execute, monitor, & evaluate the promotional program (CP & TP), coordinate with Brand, Sales & P&P for packaging design changing issues, Inventory optimization- Cutting down wastage and unnecessary expenditures to minimize holding costs.
∎ Supervise the activities of the SCM-Sales Operation team. Formulate & implement operational & distribution strategies for national sales, Modern Trade, and Corporate. Analyze sales delivery and solve the undelivered issues.
∎ Advance production plan and subsequent material requirement plan to help the factory continue the production without any interruption.
∎ Make strategic plans for raw & packaging materials procurement in order to build up enough safety stock so that the stock-out phenomenon might not be faced during unrest situations.
∎ Analyze seasonal effects of raw materials quality, prices & finished goods sales trends for the fulfillment of the peak seasonal demand by managing supply within the lead time. Educate and train subordinates in making effective decisions.
∎ Ensure faster delivery to make the supply chain responsive with minimum undelivered through on-time demand fulfillment Processes monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Supply Chain Management (Planning, Sourcing, Forecasting)
∎ Material Requirement Planning
∎ Skilled in ERP (SD, LE, PP, MRP modules, etc.)
∎ Skills in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis software
∎ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
∎ Effective in Written & Verbal communication.
∎ Strong communication & Negotiation skills.
