Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering from a reputed Public University.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a competent, smart, result-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, honest & sincere person for our Operations & Maintenance Department.
∎ Job Location: Both in Head Office (Dhaka) and Company Yard (Modonpur).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support all projects in relation to Operation and maintenance.
∎ Plan future and daily Operation of the company yard.
∎ Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance engineering, technicians, and supervisors.
∎ Ensure all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy.
∎ Managing the departmental budget.
∎ Negotiate contracts with vendors for the execution of maintenance work.
∎ Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for spare parts inventory.
∎ Developing and implementing a proactive maintenance strategy.
∎ Coordinate the Human Resource Department for hiring the operation & maintenance staff.
∎ Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs.
∎ Train and supervise employees of the maintenance department.
∎ Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
∎ Ensure that the company yard and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
∎ Ensure workplace safety policies and standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of relevant working experience in operations & maintenance of Heavy Lifting & Haulage sector.
∎ Working knowledge in English & Bengali.
∎ Experience in project management.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
