Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Yarn Controller, Yarn Costing, Yarn Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast knowledge of yarn count, consumption and costing.
∎ Maintain and ensure all yarn related inventory.
∎ Check buyer wise file and maintain yarn inventory after receiving from local spinning/abroad.
∎ Ensure BPO/order wise on time yarn delivery from store to production floor.
∎ Ensure in time Yarn delivery as per required schedule.
∎ Check & verify yarn stock registers.
∎ Check & ensure yarn quality.
∎ Check & verify leftover registers of yarn.
∎ Compliance requirement wise all document & Bin card /labelling control.
∎ Ensure all yarn report as and when required.
∎ Ensure yarn updated status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should have experience in Yarn Count, Consumption & Controlling.
∎ Should have experience in yarn procurement of a large group of industries (GMTS & Textile).
∎ Closely works with procurement & supply chain department.
