Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising all the electrical & instrumental works such as installation, erection, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC based machinery such as Body maker machine, Seamer Machine, Lid Can sterilizer system, Packing and labeling machine, Filling Machine, Pasteurizer & flash cooler control system, Conveyor control system, CIP control system and Palletizing system of the finished product.
∎ Modifying, troubleshooting, and programming of SIEMENS PLC (S7-400, S7-300), SIEMENS VFD (S7-1200), and AS-I gateway interfacing system.
∎ Managing to maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of level, pressure as well as flow transmitter and different types of control valves.
∎ Taking initiatives to reduce maintenance cost and preparing different types of analytical reports on quality maintenance, target achievement.
∎ Guiding and directing the team for planning, designing, and programming, organizing, controlling and executing the factory.
∎ Working collaboratively with foreign operation & maintenance engineers, and other internal staff and dealing with suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
∎ Contacting foreign and local suppliers through email to purchase the necessary spare parts and plant machineries/equipments
