Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc Engineering in Mechanical/IPE/EEE.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing, Data Analysis skills, Logistics Management, Planning, supply chain management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Logistics Startup operations, planning, and strategy, and project execution (Fleet operation, Vehicle movement, Automotive Workshop, etc.)
∎ Planning, designing and implementing logistics automation and R&D projects; Providing support and insight into significant logistical changes (e.g., automated loading/unloading, warehousing, material movement, inbound & outbound logistics, etc.)
∎ Developing strategic logistics plans and assessing logistics performance, aligning processes, resources-planning, and achieving Logistical goals (KPI: Trip Performance, Load Carriage, 3PL Contribution, etc.)
∎ Educate and train subordinates in making effective decisions through a data-driven decision-making process.
∎ Logistics-focused innovative software implementation and developing existing software solutions. (Transport Management System, Fleet Management System, Workshop Management System, etc.)
∎ Monitoring In-house (Company-owned), 3 PL & 4 PL model of transport operations.
∎ Planning for national logistics network expansion and enhancing distribution methodology.
∎ Monitoring and measuring Logistics KPIs, process monitoring, measuring, and improvement strategy.
∎ Automotive & Fleet Inventory optimization- Cutting down wastage and unnecessary expenditures to minimize transportation and holding costs.
∎ Working closely with key personnel to execute plans and policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having MBA/MS in relevant field will get preference.
∎ Skilled in ERP Software, Transport & Fleet Management software.
∎ Skills in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis software.
∎ Effective in Written & Verbal communication.
∎ Vehicle management & Optimization (Automotive Workshop knowledge).
