Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. / B.sc in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering from reputed university or institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Management in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investment.
∎ Responsible for planning of marketing & sales.
∎ Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target.
∎ Execution of marketing program (Social media, Campaigns, Clients seminar, Public events etc.)
∎ Planning, preparing and executing on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
∎ Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
∎ Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions
∎ Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
∎ Manage all technical aspects
∎ Effectively communicate client needs for future product enhancements
∎ Collect and document competitive intelligence
∎ Accountable for resolving customer complaints sales and service.
∎ Requires providing regular reports of the sales, including sales activity, figures, opportunity tracking, and optimize sales results
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Should have clear understanding and knowledge about Lift & Generator business environment with in Bangladesh.
∎ Other delegated and non-delegated work as assigned by MD & CEO
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Practical Experience in any reputed Lift/ Elevator company is required minimum 08-10 years' experience
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
