∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Budgeting, Costing, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans for the supply chain department, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and growth strategies.
∎ Oversee and lead the sourcing, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics functions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of materials and finished goods.
∎ Evaluate and enhance supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and streamlining operations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication and coordination across the supply chain network.
∎ Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish strong supplier relationships to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply base.
∎ Manage inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while meeting production demands and customer requirements.
∎ Implement best practices in supply chain management, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Analyze market trends and supply chain dynamics to forecast demand accurately and develop appropriate inventory strategies.
∎ Maintaining good relations with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
∎ Researching & evaluating prospective suppliers.
∎ Lead & develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and professional growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with integrated ERP business systems
∎ Extensive negotiation skills
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic

Salary: Negotiable
