Manufacturing and Quality, Quality Control Assurance, Quality Control Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality KPIs.
∎ Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop or update Complaint Handling Procedure and Testing/Inspection Procedures.
∎ Develop Incident Management and Product Recall Procedures, and maintain/analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to the Management.
∎ Provide training and support to quality control/assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
∎ Lead quality initiatives across the organization.
∎ Monitors Regulatory compliances and ensures that MGI products and processes are fully compliant to the law of the land.
∎ Develop/Document raw material, packaging material & finished product specification and be custodian of all specification and recipe.
∎ Support and lead internal quality audit team
∎ Support on supplier development & supplier approval jointly with Procurement Team
∎ Organizes and conducts training programs in order to increase quality competence and to be updated on the latest trends and developments in the quality world.
∎ Competitor quality benchmarking for all FMCG Products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Good knowledge on quality assurance, quality control and quality management system.
∎ Good understanding about consumer-oriented quality and customer needs.
∎ Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice.
∎ Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
∎ Superb computer competence, including database management.
∎ Project management methodologies and techniques will be an advantage.
