∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Master of Science (MSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

cross functional, Manufacturing, Packaging
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead technical-oriented packaging material development projects for new and existing products.
∎ Develop Packaging Material specifications.
∎ Organize laboratory analysis, machinability, shelf-life study, distribution, storage, handling and actual transport tests and evaluates acceptability of new packaging materials.
∎ Provides technical information and support to the Factories, Business Groups, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain and other key departments on concerns related to packaging materials.
∎ Conducts problem analysis / investigation and formulate solutions and plan of actions in connection with packaging related issues.
∎ Organizes and conducts training programs in order to increase packaging competence and to be updated on the latest trends and developments in the packaging industry.
∎ Develops and introduces new and optimized packaging concepts that would function through the whole supply chain.
∎ Competitor benchmarking
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge on packaging material and packing machinery.
∎ Commercial, Financial, Marketing and Consumer needs understanding.
∎ Basic knowledge in improvement tools like Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma, 5S, etc.
∎ Project management methodologies and techniques will be an advantage.
