Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in any departments under business studies/ commerce.
∎ CA-CC will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance, Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring performance of banking & treasury functions effective & efficient, Example:
∎ Day-to-day correspondence with different financial institutions to maintain sound banking & treasury relationship;
∎ Preparation of project profile, feasibility report, etc. to get fund facilities;
∎ Monitoring charges;
∎ Effective allocation of funded & non-funded facilities to get maximum benefits;
∎ Treasury planning, monitoring collections and payments, reconciliations, etc.
∎ Monitoring realization of Export proceeds, cash incentives, etc.
∎ Lead in overall financial management, including financial planning, budgeting & budgetary control, etc. and financial reporting including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;
∎ Ensure accurate and timely recording of all day-to-day transactions in the information systems;
∎ Supervise & monitor all types of periodic accounts closing activities;
∎ Monitoring and control of factory overheads;
∎ Supervise overall costing, inventory control and other activities and improve associated processes when required;
∎ Support the management in preparation of different management reports including profitability analysis, project costing, product pricing, etc. and give recommendations for improvement of company's financial performance;
∎ Aging analysis of inventories, accounts receivable and accounts payable;
∎ Work closely with Merchandising and Commercial departments;
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT, Income Tax and other legal requirements;
∎ Ensure availability of effective internal control mechanisms to mitigate Company's risk at minimal level;
∎ Work with external business partners such as external auditor, consultants, etc. for the organization;
∎ Any other activities time-to-time assigned by the management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 47 years
∎ Experience in Banking/ Financial/ Leasing Sectors (Loan department).
∎ Not less than 10 years and minimum 5 years in banking/ financial institution/ Leasing (loan department).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Leasing Company/ Finance/ Footwear/Group of Companies.
∎ Industry preference: Export oriented company.
∎ Leadership Skills.
∎ Ability to effectively direct and supervise team.
∎ Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications.
∎ Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
∎ Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
