Experience:

Green University of Bangladesh is one of the leading universities in the private sector. We are looking for an Admission Officer for the Admission Office. The position serves as a liaison between prospective students—both local and international—and Green University of Bangladesh (GUB), providing comprehensive information on programs, admission procedures, and campus facilities. Key responsibilities include addressing student inquiries, evaluating applications, and supporting recruitment efforts for both domestic and international markets.
The role also involves executing marketing initiatives, maintaining student databases, and representing the university at outreach events. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, social media marketing knowledge, and a master’s degree, with prior experience in admissions being an advantage. We encourage individuals who are dedicated to working honest and building a career in academic administration.
Responsibilities:
Address inquiries from prospective students—local and international—regarding programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and associated costs in a professional manner.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, education consultants, and agents to recruit students both locally and globally.
Provide guidance to local and international students on application procedures, required documents, and admission timelines.
Assist international students with pre-arrival support, including visa-related advice and information on accommodation.
Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students, ensuring timely follow-ups via meetings, calls, emails, and messages.
Evaluate and process applications for admission in accordance with university policies for both local and international candidates.
Represent GUB at education fairs, college visits, exhibitions, and other outreach events to attract students.
Plan and execute traditional and digital marketing activities to target both domestic and international audiences effectively.
Prepare presentations, reports and promotional materials for both local and global recruitment efforts.
Maintain and analyze a comprehensive database of student inquiries, applications, and feedback to support decision-making and reporting.
Organize and participate in enrollment events such as admission fairs, information sessions, and webinars for local and international markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content tailored for diverse audiences, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
Assist in preparing admission reports and promotional literature to support office operations and management needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Joint Registrar for Admission and Public Relations.
