Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and monitor commercial activities according to the long term goal of the company
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all import and export related activities with a special emphasis on import
∎ Deal with C&F agent and communicate with freight forwarding companies and accomplish proper C&F on time
∎ Maintain good relationship and a strong communication channel with shipping agent
∎ Maintain a very good knowledge level about customs laws and time to update it when there are changes
∎ Forecast commercial activities and take proactive approach accordingly
∎ Ensure proper LC opening up to the standard of the organization
∎ Assure fund management and banking activities of the company
∎ Ensure accounting records maintenance and proper follow-up
∎ Ensure compliance of local and foreign regulations along with the policy of the company
∎ Deal with clients regarding various financial activities and ensure cost minimization
∎ Communicate with local and foreign buyers and ensure the best bargain by being the team lead of foreign procurement committee
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise in MS office & computer works
∎ Very good communication skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Well-organized and co-operative
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic
∎ Self-motivated and committed
∎ Honest and sincere
∎ Ability to manage all commercial bottle neck with proactive approach
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure and meet the deadline
