∎ We are looking for a skilled and organized Administration Officer with outstanding communication skills for all daily administrative tasks in our office in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all Administration Affairs in accordance with corporate and office policies and procedures.
∎ Responsible for handling and controlling of the routine Administration Affairs including express, stationary and equipment, travel arrangements, company and rental cars, drivers, reception, office infrastructure, daily maintenance and cleaning of the office, etc.
∎ Handling, filing and supervising of admin documents, office contract management, activities coordination, etc.
∎ Preparation of payment vouchers, budget, ledger, payments, responsible for handling of Cash box and Cheque-books.
∎ Responsible for preparing and submitting various documents to the Bank, such as encashment certificates, Form-C, etc.
∎ Contact person and key communicator for service providers, including but not limited to accounting firm, travel agency, express company, landlord, etc., in consultation with superior.
∎ Preparation and follow up of applications and procedures with BIDA, such as for example renewal of business license, work permits for foreigner etc.
∎ Maintaining and handling of employee's files, leave applications and weekly schedules.
∎ Handling of expatriates' visa, work permit, etc.
∎ Implementing a transparent work system.
∎ Other tasks and projects as assigned.
