∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the canteen operation (kitchen & canteen’s housekeeping)
∎ Ensure supply of canteen materials, liaison with suppliers and ensure on time food preparation
∎ Prepare overtime, conveyance, night allowance and shifting allowance sheet
∎ Maintain proper housekeeping and healthy environment of kitchen, canteen & factory
∎ Maintain hygiene of production floor as per checklist
∎ Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of change room, toilet and production floor as per check list
∎ Ensure proper management of dress, laundry and staff locker
∎ Maintain shift change report, leave register and personal file of the staffs on regular basis
∎ Maintain all records of 3rd party temporary labor as per Management’s instruction
∎ Check the attendance & overtime of 3rd party temporary labor and prepare summary report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Work experience at renowned group of company, manufacturing industry (FMCG)
∎ Good knowledge in MS office suits
∎ The applicant should have good communication skill, punctuality & cost consciousness
Salary: Negotiable
