- Experience (1 – 2 years) in BPO/Call Centre Supervision/Management will be preferred.
- Sound Computer literacy in MS Office applications is a must.

- Serving USA clients/customers.
- Working as a remote/virtual executive for various overseas companies.
- Preparing various analytical and monitoring reports.
- Maintaining communication over the phone, email, and MS Team.
