Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and assist in the overall recruitment process for overseas positions.
∎ Maintain accurate records of job vacancies, applications, and candidate details.
∎ Arrange and schedule interviews, assessments, and medical examinations.
∎ Follow up with candidates and keep them informed of their application status.
∎ Prepare and review employment contracts, offer letters, and related documents.
∎ Verify and validate candidate credentials, including educational and professional qualifications.
∎ Ensure all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations.
∎ Maintain regular communication with overseas companies regarding recruitment needs.
∎ Coordinate the exchange of information, documents, and candidate profiles.
∎ Provide timely updates and feedback to overseas companies regarding the recruitment progress.
∎ Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of candidates and job vacancies.
∎ Ensure confidentiality and security of candidate and company information.
∎ Generate reports and statistics as required.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Stay updated on changes in regulations and adapt recruitment processes accordingly.
∎ Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and permits for the recruitment process.
∎ Coordinate pre-departure procedures, including visa processing, travel arrangements, and orientation.
∎ Facilitate post-arrival support for recruited candidates, addressing their concerns and needs.
∎ Maintain effective communication with candidates during the transition process.
∎ Collaborate with external vendors, such as training institutes and medical facilities.
∎ Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance recruitment processes.
∎ Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
∎ Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
∎ Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries related to recruitment activities.
