Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/ MBA in HRM from any reputed institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ Prepare attendance report in coordination relevant documents.
∎ Assist & coordinate all HOD’s reporting by appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Assisting management regarding all general and legal activities by recording proper filling.
∎ Knowledge about all kinds company license issue & renewal and proper.
∎ documentation/record maintaining (Trade/Rehab/Environment/Fire/IRC/ERC License)
∎ Overall safety & security matter of the company.
∎ Deployment of security staffs where necessary.
∎ Monitoring vehicles and conveyance issues of the company.
∎ Preparing all kinds of notice and office orders like Holiday notice, any notice on general affairs, dismissal order, etc.
∎ Ensure all kinds of health & safety issues within the law & company policy.
∎ Ensue all company events timely.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 08 years experiences in managerial post related Admin & HR in any reputed company
∎ Ex Defense personals will get priority

Salary: Negotiable
