∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any subject from any reputed institutes.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Front Desk - Be the face of office.
∎ Handling every visitor in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations, provide prompt & efficient service to all visitors.
∎ Managing all the telephone calls, PABX at Dhaka office.
∎ Proper Planning and controlling of - Office Stationary, pantry items, lunch and First AID.
∎ Managing all parcel, courier (local & international), distribute to concern person.
∎ Documentation of vendor bills.
∎ Ensure on time & efficient office transportation/office car management.
∎ Support Admin leader in terms of office cleaning, maintenance & repair works.
∎ Managing office mobile SIM card & mobile Billing.
∎ Arranging office event.
∎ Supervising office cleaner & office assistance as well as any other related tasks as required and ad hoc projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of proven experience in the Administrative & Front Desk area - Preferred.
∎ Outstanding correspondence skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and other necessary software.
∎ Excellent listening skills with the ability to interact confidently with employees to solve the problem or explain the solution.
∎ Active team member and team player.
