∎ Age 22 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the Point of contact for all RSGT-BD catering & drinking water requirements.
∎ Develop catering menus for all RSGT-BD daily operations, meetings, or events as per necessity. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their preferences & volume.
∎ Liaise with catering vendors and their staff to ensure requirements are met. Coordinate the timely delivery of catering services at designated locations. Maintain consistent communication for smooth logistics and to address deviations.
∎ Manage communication with water suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and proper maintenance of water dispensing systems.
∎ Ensure all catering & water equipment or supplies are in good condition and are available.
∎ Run periodic inspection and monitor food & water quality and support to implement solutions to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to set standards. Collect feedback from internal stakeholders and report to supervisor accordingly.
∎ Manage the catering & water services inventory and assist in replenishment when necessary.
∎ Keep relevant records on consumption, efficiency, and logistics in relation to catering service & water management and prepare reports when required. Based on records, assist in budget and cost control focusing on optimization.
∎ Support in additional administrative assignments as advised by supervisor.
