∎ Skills Required: Presentation skill, Well spoken

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Business Development
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring proper management of RED's account system and procedures
∎ Managing RED's bank accounts and regular monitoring
∎ Properly managing vendors for operating efficiently
∎ Managing Govt. rules regulation, policy/procedures
∎ Reporting to the Founder

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in operating computer-based accounting software
∎ Dynamic personality and good team player
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint
∎ Should have leadership skill and team building capacity.
∎ Ability to plan and ensure optimum utilization of available resources

The Accounts Officer- S/He is entrusted with the overall responsibility of account management (handle accounting software, vendor account management, disbursement, adjustment, product pricing controlling, checking and monitoring of financial status of RED, Trade Lisence, VAT-TAX management. The incumbent is responsible to ensure the compliance of RED and Govt. rules regulation, policy/procedures for RED’s operation and expenditure. S/he is responsible that all RED staff members are oriented and followed policies and procedures defined by the RED and financial management at all level. S/he will work closely with the team members and will ensure regular monitoring of financial and accounting documents and reports. S/he will continuously seek to develop new approaches particularly in respect of RED’s accounting, finance and auditing system.
