Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage All Accounting Transactions
∎ Book-Keeping & Ledger Management
∎ Prepare Budget Forecasts
∎ Audit Financial Transactions, Documents & Procedures
∎ Process Tax & Vat Treatments, Payments & Returns
∎ Verification & Scrutiny of Procurement Activities
∎ Verification & Scrutiny of Bills & Invoices
∎ Revenue Realization, Payment Processing & Credit
∎ Recovery
∎ Reconcile Accounts Payable & Receivable
∎ Prepare On-Time Financial Statements
∎ Handle Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Closings
∎ Report on Company's Financial Health, Liquidity & Cash- Flows
∎ Banking
∎ Ensure compliance with Financial Policies & Guidelines
∎ Performing Regular Internal Audits
∎ Following up on Licensing, Regulatory, & Contractual Matters
∎ Any other relevant tasks as assigned
