Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounts

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving and sorting of bills/requisition.
∎ • Ensure accurate accounting records in accounting software, generating final print out of full set of accounts, signing & filing.
∎ • Assist to concern person to maintain basic set of accounting information in managing organizational overall financial & account system and prepare monthly statement for management.
∎ • Assist to concern manager to prepare monthly and quarterly financial report.
∎ • Ensure that accurate and complete accounting documents and any other information is available to all stakeholders for reference and future needs.
∎ • Maintaining Petty Cash, Disbursement of cash, Issuing cheque to local parties.
∎ • Making entries in software- vendor's bills and petty cash bills. Handle accounts payable and receivable.
∎ • Making party sales offer/invoice/Dispatch and follow-up accordingly.
∎ • Maintaining liaison with banks, Check invoices for inaccuracies.
∎ • Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time
∎ Workplace: Work at office but may require to visit client with sales proposal
∎ Educational Requirements
∎ • Graduation in Accounts

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
