Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Engineering Firms

• Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting & Information System

• 2 to 3 years

• Age At least 24 years

• Knowledge about VAT and TAX

• Assist to the concern person to implements financial policies and procedures.

• Receiving and sorting of bills/requisition.

• Ensure accurate accounting records in accounting software, generating final print out of full set of accounts, signing & filing.

• Assist to concern manager to maintain basic set of accounting information in managing organizational overall financial & account system and prepare monthly statement for management.

• Assist to concern manager to prepare monthly and quarterly financial report.

• Ensure that accurate and complete accounting documents and any other information is available to all stakeholders for reference and future needs.

• Maintaining Petty Cash, Disbursement of cash, Issuing cheque to local parties.

• Making entries in software- vendor`s bills and petty cash bills. Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Making party sales offer/invoice/Dispatch and follow-up accordingly.

• Maintaining liaison with banks, Check invoices for inaccuracies.

• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
